Free Shipping

Pulse Exhaust proudly offers free standard shipping on all exhaust system orders within the continental United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Customers will be contacted prior to shipment if additional shipping charges are required.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Certain products may require additional processing time due to manufacturing schedules, inventory availability, or custom production.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and product availability. Once an order has shipped, Pulse Exhaust is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported to Pulse Exhaust within 48 hours of delivery and photographs of the damage may be required for claims processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pulse Exhaust is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Pulse Exhaust is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country.
