Return & Refund Policy

At Pulse Exhaust, all sales are considered final. Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

1. The item has not been installed, mounted, modified, used, or damaged in any way.
2. The item is returned in its original packaging with all included hardware, accessories, and documentation.
3. A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery and approved by Pulse Exhaust prior to shipment.
4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any shipping charges originally paid by Pulse Exhaust.

Items that have been installed, test-fitted, altered, scratched, heat-cycled, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.
